We did not have any recent case studies to share with prospective clients, so I volunteered to create case studies of our current clients in our different verticals. I created an interview guide, interviewed clients, and wrote the case studies. I also designed the document.

Interview Guide

The first step was to create an interview guide that would help us understand why they chose Rently, what their results have been, and if they would recommend us to other operators. This is a master list of questions that can be edited down to questions that would be relevant to the particular client.
