PROBLEM

Each client success manager had a quarterly goal of securing 15 annual contracts from their clients. However, they would only average 3-5 contracts per quarter.

SOLUTION

I suggested we send an email on New Year's Day informing clients about our annual contract discount. I designed the flyer. We received over 50 signed contracts after this email was sent.
