PROBLEM

The MVP version of our multifamily manager portal was not intuitive and led many managers to not complete various sections that were crucial to a successful deployment.

SOLUTION

Given my suggestions and feedback from clients, we implemented many updates that helped managers complete their community profiles without needing to contact support for help.

Updates included changing section names and adding fields for important information.
