I'm passionate about storytelling and using the power of words to connect with others.

Currently, I am a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at a real estate tech company. I work closely with our sales, client success, and product departments to provide copy for training materials, marketing campaigns, and UX feedback on our website and mobile app. I focus on understanding our clients' challenges and triumphs, and using that knowledge to increase adoption and expansion. I hope to transfer my skills and land a UX researcher or writer role in the near future.

Here are some projects that I have completed. They range from process overhauls to guides and flyers to website text.

AUTOMATION OF ONBOARDING PROCESS

Rather than personally training new property managers who signed up to use our product, we wanted to automate their onboarding process. I created a quickstart guide, training guide, resources pamphlet, training video, and reformed our internal process.

CASE STUDY

We had no recent case studies, so I volunteered to interview current clients and create the case study documents. I designed the document and wrote the content. Our sales team now shares these with prospective clients, and our client success team shares them with current clients looking at new products or regions.

EMAIL FLYER

We wanted to increase the amount of clients who signed an annual contract with us. So I suggested we send an email on New Year's Day informing clients about our annual contract discount. I designed the flyer. We received over 50 signed contracts after this email was sent.

MANAGER PORTAL UX UPDATES

The MVP version of our manager portal was not intuitive and led many mangers to not complete various sections that were crucial to a successful deployment. Given my suggestions and feedback from clients, we implemented many updates that helped managers complete their community profiles without needing to contact support for help.
